Just like Mom made...

Crepes

2 Eggs
3/4 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Water
1 Cup Flour
3 Tablespoons Melted Butter, or Vegetable Oil
Pinch Salt

Mix together. Let sit in the fridge for at least 8 hours. Mix lightly. Add a little milk, if the mixture is too thick. Make some crepes.
