Danish Rolls

Makes 3 1/2 dozen

Butter Dough:
1/3 cup flour
1 1/2 cup butter
Mix butter dough and let stand in frig to chill.

3 1/2 cups flour
1 1/4 cup milk
2 packages dry yeast
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
3 eggs

Dissolve yeast in warm milk, add eggs, salt, sugar. Add flour gradually. Fold in butter dough and cool for 1/2 hour.

Cut into strips, twist and let rise for 1/2 hour.
Bake 450F for 10-12 minutes.
