Just like Mom made...

Moroccan Orange Salad

6 ripe oranges
6-8 dates, chopped
6-8 blanched almonds, slivered
Juice of 1 lemon
Powdered sugar
Cinnamon

Peel oranges, removing all pith, and slice crosswise. Place in salad bowl with chopped dates and slivered almonds. Flavor to taste with lemon juice sweetened with powdered sugar. Chill. Just before serving, sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
