Just like Mom made...

Shrimp and Cauliflower Salad

1 cup rice (uncooked measurement)
2 cans shrimp (or 1 cup fresh or frozen baby shrimp)
1 green pepper (chopped fine)
1 medium onion (chopped fine)
2 cups cauliflower sections
12 pimento stuffed olives, sliced
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
Dash of Tabasco Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook rice and cool. Mix rice with shrimp, green pepper, onion, cauliflower and olives. Mix lemon juice with Miracle Whip, Tabasco, salt and pepper. Blend all together. Serves 6.
