Just like Mom made...

Grandpa's Stir Fry

Prepare 4 cups cooked white rice
Prepare sauce mixture of:
1 cup beef broth
2 Tbsp corn starch
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp House of Tsang Szechuan Spicy Stir-fry Sauce
Set aside.

Heat wok with 1 Tbsp sesame oil swirled around in very hot wok, cook 1/2 pound (or more) meat , cut into 1/4" to 3/8" inch strips (chicken, beef or pork).

Add 1 pound bag of frozen stir-fry vegetables

Add prepared sauce mixture and mix well.

Cover wok and cook for 2 minutes. Stir and cook an additional 2 minutes, repeating until sauce thickens, vegetables are cooked and mixture is hot. (About 6 minutes total.)
