Zucchini Bars

4 eggs, beaten
2 cups zucchini grated
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2-1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cups chopped nuts

Mix well and pour batter into greased 11 x 17 inch sheet cake pan. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and frost.

Frosting
1/4 cup butter
1 3 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 Tbls milk or cream
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar

Cream together until smooth.
